Return and Refund Policy

Before returning, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to submit any claims within 14 days after the product is received.

Requests for returns or refunds can be made via our contact page.

RETURN POLICY
We do our best to photograph the clothes. Please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds for your order can not be made due to this. 

  • For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
  • If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.
  • We are happy to replace any orders that have arrived misprinted/defective. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods.
  • For packages lost in transit we'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement for you. We may ask for you to confirm the shipping address is correct. It would also be good to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order as reprinting and reshipping may take a longer than expected. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds for your order can not be made due to this. 
  • Unfortunately we are a small company and we cannot refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We also cannot exchange sizes unless the size delivered was not the size you ordered.
  • If we accidentally sent you the wrong size we'll exchange your oder to the correct size at no extra cost to you.
  • Please send us your claim within 14 days after you receive your order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the order for longer.
